160 ACRE GOLD CLAIM

YOUR OWN IDAHO 160 ACRE GOLD CLAIM This is a straight sale - This historic” 160 Acre "(GOLDEN CLOVER #2)" Gold Mining Claim Property is an unpatented association placer mining claim (BLM serial number IMC 187081) Described: township 52 N, Range 3 E, Section 17, Quarter section North East. Boise Meridian, SHOSHONE County, Idaho. This Claim has the "Coeur D’ Alene” River,“ Swift Creek" and a portion of "Stony Creek" running through it. The claim includes approximately 1/2 mile on the Coeur D'River and 1/2 mile on Swift Creek. If you want to invite 20 or 30 of your closest friends, they could stay at Big Hank's campground. The property is near the little town of Pritchard (25 MILES) and is accessible with any two wheel drive vehicle; you can even bring a good size motorhome. This 160 Acre Claim has bedrock showing in places, and if it’s "GOLD" you are after, this is the one! There are a lot of really good camping places on the river and some nice spots for a large trailer or motorhome here. This property is centered within a mining district, authoritively documented by the USGS, U.S. Bureau of Mines for having millions of dollars of gold production at the $20.00 gold price. Besides gold mining, there is good camping, hunting & fishing, cold beer and spirits, fine food and stores only a few miles down the road. On the other hand once on the property, it is like wilderness. This property is not like those just outside the big cities in California, that have been heavily suction dredged every season for the last 50 years, it is almost untouched. Unpatented mining claims in Idaho are not taxed. It only costs $125 per year to maintain title to this entire 160 acre property (no taxes) or you can perform 5 hours of improvements to the property every year and only pay $5.00 to the BLM. This property is for someone who wants a "quality placer gold claim”. And, would be great for a club. It is suitable for metal detecting, highbanking, panning, dredging, (must get permits) or any type of permissible mining operation- big or small. There is also great hunting and fishing here. If you would like to dip your pan in the water, to try out the claim, gold pan or sluice only. Here are easy directions to take you to the claim. From the city of Coeur D’ Alene, take highway 90 east, approximately 24 miles to the Kingston exit. Turn left back over the freeway, which is Coeur D’ Alene River Road, stay on this road for approx 42 miles and you are on the claim. Pick a spot and try your luck, you will see some red and orange survey markers with the claim name and IMC numbers on it, good luck.
