Customer Service Support Representative

Established Belvidere employer is seeking a part time, bilingual (English/Spanish) CUSTOMER SERVICE individual.  Position requires face-to-face contact with clients as well as communicating via telephone and e-mail. 
 
Hours:  12:00pm (noon) to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
 
Pay:  $9.00 to $10.00 per hour....depending on experience
 
Location:  Belvidere, IL
 
Requirements:

   -Ideal candidate will have excellent communication
    skills, both verbal and written.
   -Possess a strong sense of urgency and have the
    ability to prioritize.
   -Detail oriented.
   -Bilingual (English/Spanish)
   -Proficient with basic functions of Word & Excel.
   -Excellent customer focus.
   -Sense of humor is important.
