Manager of Client Services As the Manager of Client Services, you will oversee the client service department, direct and coordinate department activities and ensure company client satisfaction goals are achieved. Ensure the company maintains appropriate service levels at all times by performing the following duties: · Schedule staff including client assignments · Track hours worked both billable and non-billable by customer service representative by client · Review customer e-mails and correspondence on issues and determines cause for service issue, type of failure (operational or software) and determines appropriate course of action · Communicate issue with the team and support staff · Oversee training program for customer service staff · Perform account management duties to include, building relationships with client users and administrators of our software solution · Support sales department with product demos, keeping customer service team up to date with new product enhancements and features · Some travel required to client sites for demos and account management duties. Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years related experience and/or training and knowledge of internet, telephone, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database software. Knowledge of SQL a plus. Call Center experience a plus, understanding of technology sales processes and IT channel a plus. Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits program.
