We are offering a 18" pad driver, with a 3" center hole. This pad driver doest not have a clutch plate or lugs. It is Kent/Euroclean or Advance (Nilfisk Advance) design & you can reuse your lugs. This pad driver is in new condition. It has heavy polypropylene strands trimmed offset at 1/2" which penetrate into the pad (any color) or carpet bonnet for secure holding power.
